I have countless childhood memories of sitting curled up with a blanket, a cup of cocoa, and the family cat at my feet as I listened to my family tell their stories.

Whether talking about their own lives and upbringing, or simply trying to teach lesson through spooky Jamaican folk tales, I would find myself engrossed not just in their stories, but in how these stories had shaped their lives, their dreams and who they were. This was the start of a lifelong passion for the power of storytelling, and as I progressed through my professional career, I realised that this creative storytelling didn’t just have to be confined to entertainment – it could have a significant impact on corporate communications and how we achieve our professional and commercial goals.
